It's a nice walk to the center of town, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with modern furnishings. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The staircase to the rooms is quite steep, which may be challenging for those with physical handicaps.

I had a fantastic stay at the Edinburgh Holiday Guest House. The location was perfect for attending a concert at Queens Hall, just a short 10-minute walk away. The room was spacious and the temperature was comfortable. The bathroom, though small, served its purpose well. I had a perfect stay here at a guest house in this city. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The location was ideal, being not far from the city Center and very close to the University of Edinburgh campus. Transportation was convenient, with bus stops just outside the property and the center of the city within reach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
